Price per square metre: Euro 625 excl. VAT. A standard stand is a minimum of 9 square metres and the minimum rental fee is Euro 5.625 excl. VAT. A few stands are smaller, and nearly all sizes can be accommodated. EU companies with no registered office in Estonia may apply for a full refund of VAT via their local VAT authority. Companies outside the EU may apply for a full refund of VAT via the VAT authority in Estonia.

The stand rental includes (per 9 square metres):

• Floor space and stand walls and sign

For possible orders of extra services and material (including, but not limited to, carpet, light, arrangements, decoration, fittings, furniture and power) all contracted exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor’s Manual.

The Organisers reserve the right to increase the stand rent insofar as, and to the extent to which taxes, VAT or other charges (including purchase tax or the like) according to law is imposed on exhibition material and/or stand rental.

E - Posters

Posters will be presented electronically (max. 10 slide presentation in PowerPoint). This presentation will be available on a number of computers in the e-poster area. Delegates can then look at posters on the PC whenever they choose to do so, and, should they wish to, communicate with the authors by adding messages to the e-posters. This means that the posters are interactive and available throughout the congress.

- Logo on banners at the E- poster area.

Pencil and Pad

A pencil and pad will be put into the Congress bags, distributed to all delegates.

The web site will be the only way to register for the Congress as well as to submit abstracts.

It will contain Registration as well as Abstract Forms for downloading and it will be continuously

updated with the latest information on the Congress.

Corporate Lunch Symposium

Available exclusively to exhibitors and sponsors. The Corporate Lunch Symposia are an excellent way for companies to communicate their latest scientific, technical research, or product developments to the participants in this event.

There are no organised lunches included in the participant registration fee.

Limited session times will be available during the Congress. The Corporate Lunch Symposia will be promoted prior to the Congress on the website, in the preliminary final programme and in the final programme. Available CLS slots (plenary session in main Congress hall):

A Corporate Lunch Symposium (CLS) should fit into the standard time unit of a 60-minute session. The CLS must be open to all Congress participants. All persons attending must be registered as full participants or as exhibitors.

It is strictly forbidden to hold satellite symposia outside the Congress premises during the two days before the Congress or the two days immediately after the Congress. Any formal presentation occurring at hospitality events will be regarded as symposia, to which the above mentioned rules apply.

In order to be considered by the Scientific Committee, applications to hold a CLS including a preliminary topic, should reach the Congress office before 15 November in order to be included in the Preliminary final programme.

A full programme of the CLS must reach the Congress office before 1 February 2012 in order to be included in the Final Programme.

Rules for Lunch Symposia

1. Lunch symposia are scientific sessions sponsored by the industry, which may be attended by registered Congress participants without any extra charge.

2. Lunch symposia are held in between the scientific programme sessions. 12/18

3. The quality of the Scientific Programme of symposia has to be approved by the Organising Committee.

4. The Final programme must be submitted three months before the meeting, i.e. by the deadline for the Final Programme.

5. Alterations in the programme are only allowed if accepted by the Organising Committee.

6. The fee includes a lecture room, standard set-up used at the Congress, standard AV equipment and technical assistance. All other expenses (e.g. additional equipment, invited speakers, refreshments, etc) are the responsibility of the sponsor.

7. The EBCOG Congress 2012 logo may be used on invitations to the symposia.

 

Coffee breaks

Coffee breaks will be served at the Exhibition areas.

- Sponsorship will be printed in the programme book, pocket programme and on the web site.
