Cancellations of registrations will be accepted until February 6, 2012 up to which date the total amount will be refunded les 90 Euro for administrative expenses. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after February 6, 2012. Refunds are not made for unattended events, late arrivals or early departures. All cancellations and alterations shall be made in writing. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
